Lee has experience on a wide variety of site remediation and brownfield redevelopment projects. She solves problems at the intersection of geotech and construction, working for private developers as well as public and private institutions on environmental regulatory compliance and site remediation integrated alongside geotechnical building design. She has worked on numerous urban and suburban sites, including current and former industrial properties, manufacturing facilities, and commercial properties.
Lee brings a focused approach to problem solving, starting by understanding clients’ goals and how to connect those with regulatory requirements and other project needs. She always strives for solutions that meet these goals but that are also practical and achievable. Lee also enjoys learning about the past usage of sites and incorporating that knowledge into project planning and execution.
“I strive to find practical solutions for my clients that comply with all regulatory needs but also consider their unique interests.”
