A seasoned remediation consultant, Mark brings strengths as a project manager and communicator to a range of environmental and civil engineering projects. His regulatory knowledge and collaboration skills drive remediation and redevelopment projects in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Mark also assists clients with grant applications to obtain alternate funding for their projects wherever possible — making many clients repeat customers with him.
Experienced in closing sites with soil, groundwater, and/or vapor intrusion issues, Mark has developed strong expertise in remediation of industrial sites and redevelopment of brownfield sites with a wide variety of contaminants. He has also contributed to a number of transportation and municipal construction projects. As a past president and a member of the Executive and Steering committees, Mark is active in the New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional Association, which has given him the opportunity to help shape the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Site Remediation Program regulatory and policy changes.
