Mike is the group leader of Haley & Aldrich’s national engineering design group and provides office leadership in Oakland, California. He leads diverse, dynamic teams for a wide variety of projects. From coastal engineering to complex site remediation, Mike approaches each project with the aim of putting client advocacy at the forefront. Through all phases, he strives to balance project needs, costs, and constructability, and build the right team for the job.
Mike has honed his civil and environmental engineering design skills through projects that span aerospace, energy, and industrial and manufacturing sites. He also runs various software programs to model project conditions, which enables him to build solutions informed by data and tailored to each site.
