I’m having trouble submitting my resume. What should I do?
If you’re experiencing any difficulty applying online, please contact recruiting@haleyaldrich.com, and a member from our recruiting team will be in touch.
What happens after I submit my resume?
Our recruiting team will review your resume to ensure your qualifications are a close match to those required by the open position. If they’re found to be a good fit, your resume will be forwarded to the hiring manager for review. After that, you might receive an email or phone call to discuss your background — and the position — in more detail. If your resume isn’t quite the right fit for the role, you’ll receive an email from our recruitment system.
How long should I expect to wait before hearing from you?
You’ll immediately receive a confirmation email once you’ve submitted your resume. Our recruiting team will reach out via email or phone if there’s a close match to the qualifications and requirements for the posted position.
Can I submit my resume via email or fax?
Unfortunately, no. But you can easily submit your resume online for open positions found on our careers page.
What can I expect from the interview process?
Once we’ve matched your qualifications and background to the position requirements, you’ll be contacted via phone or email by our recruiting team. After that, we may invite you in for an in-person interview with the hiring manager — as well as with other members of the team and/or management. The goal of this interview process is to allow you to learn as much as possible about the company, team, position, our expectations, and our career advancement process (supported through our Learning and Development program).
