Scott Hershberger

Burlington, Mass., June. 26, 2025 — Haley & Aldrich is pleased to announce that Scott Hershberger has joined the company to lead its government market. Hershberger will guide the firm’s strategy for establishing a stronger, more focused presence with federal, state, and local government entities, driving our evolution to meet clients’ needs today and in the future.

Hershberger brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic growth, business development, and operational excellence to Haley & Aldrich. He previously provided executive-level leadership at multiple engineering, construction, and environmental consulting firms, overseeing nationwide go-to-market strategies with an emphasis on the public sector.

Government clients across the country rely on Haley & Aldrich for geotechnical, environmental, and water management expertise as they manage their assets and natural resources. With a proven track record of success in infrastructure, environmental services, and government contracting, Hershberger will guide the expansion of the firm’s well-established presence in state and local government, transportation, ports and harbors, and applied research. Working with the firm’s staff across the country, he will lead development and implementation of a strategy aligned with client needs and with Haley & Aldrich’s distinct value as an integrated geotechnical and environmental consulting partner.

“Scott brings the market-focused expertise and partnership-building skills that Haley & Aldrich needs to position itself for growth in the government market,” said Chief Client Officer Lisa Turturro. “As infrastructure ages and the impacts of climate change intensify, Scott will guide how we position to deliver the kinds of practical solutions government clients need.”

“I was drawn to Haley & Aldrich’s reputation for delivering innovative, sustainable solutions to complex geotechnical and environmental challenges,” said Hershberger. “I’m particularly inspired by the opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking organization that values both strategic vision and hands-on execution.”
