Anant is a geotechnical engineer with nearly 30 years of hands-on experience throughout New England, the Rocky Mountain region, British Columbia, and western India. He has conducted field investigations and geotechnical analysis for shallow footings, pile foundations, drilled shaft foundations, mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) walls, ground improvement, and pavement design. Much of this work was part of several highway projects that Anant managed throughout New England.
Anant offers clients a tailored approach to projects. Given that geotechnical engineering is often the first step of these projects, Anant benefits from a ground-floor perspective on various stages and client needs. He enjoys the satisfaction of completing difficult jobs and achieving targets, and he is most passionate about tackling new challenges.
“I work in environmental and engineering consulting because I love the outdoors and because every project is different due to the unique subsurface conditions. It’s like a big puzzle to solve.”
