In construction, he engages at all levels, from pre-planning of the construction through project completion, including constructability review, subcontractor management, field staff coordination, and client interface.
When he is consulting, Mark collaborates with all stakeholders to ensure his team provides problem-solving support over the long term. For more than 30 years, he has used his skills as an engineer and construction specialist for project management, engineering, and construction management on complex remediation projects across the U.S., primarily in the Northeast.
Mark is constantly striving to achieve financial benefits for his clients, and draws on his contract administration, risk management, and claims avoidance abilities to meet those ends.
