As the Chief Human Potential Officer at Haley & Aldrich, Andrea leads all aspects of the company’s Human Potential (HP) program including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, rewards and recognition, compliance, benefits, and human resource information systems. With Andrea’s leadership, our HP team focuses on attaining top industry talent, and helping to create and sustain a work environment that allows staff to tap into their potential to grow their careers, contribute at their highest level, and provide the greatest value to our clients.
Prior to joining Haley & Aldrich, Andrea worked in a human resources leadership role within the environmental consulting field and has a passion for the AEC industry. Andrea has also held talent-focused roles within the architectural industry and in financial services.
Andrea earned both the SHRM Certified Professional credential as well as the Professional in Human Resources certification. She is an administrator of Management Drives and Predictive Index behavioral assessments. Andrea earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and communications from Assumption College.
