Haley & Aldrich’s Elie H. Haddad has provided technical guidance on three technical reports sponsored by the International Aerospace Environmental Group (IAEG) and in partnership with Yordas Group.
Geared primarily toward the aerospace and defense sectors and their supply chains, the three reports are:
- “Global Packaging Regulations and Implications for the Aerospace and Defense Industry,” an analysis of emerging packaging regulations that cover issues including recyclability, chemical composition, and packaging format, as well as compliance and potential operational risks.
- “Aerospace and Defense Industry: Recurring Regulatory and Sustainability Reporting Obligations,” a global inventory of relevant, recurring reporting obligations designed to enable efficient horizon scanning and planning.
- “Global Battery Regulations and Implications for the Aerospace and Defense Industry,” a strategic look at the regulatory landscape governing battery supply chains, composition, and sustainability considerations.
These reports can help identify potential risks and prepare for the impact of evolving requirements on global operations. Previously, Elie contributed to IAEG’s guidance on the Minamata Convention on Mercury and the Stockholm convention on persistent organic pollutants.
